**Due to the pandemic, please understand that the global shipping time is longer and the global shipping rate is higher than usual with the delivery service providers. We have looked at all our best options and are not earning any profit with shipping; meaning the rates you see are the best rates offered by couriers as of now for small businesses. We are working hard to adjust the rates accordingly when the global logistics improve.

We are shipping to the following countries only at this time and are working hard to expand globally in the near future:

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United States, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Luxembourg and Italy.

How long does shipping take? 

All orders take between 2-3 business days for processing before being dispatched. 

Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For Local Deliveries to Hong Kong and Macau:

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days from your order date.

For International deliveries:

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Typically, you should receive your order within 2-4 weeks.

    Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. 
    #ricefam is not responsible for any delay in the delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. You should contact us if you have not received your package within 20 days of placing your order and we shall try to help locate your package.
    If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you are not able to arrange customs clearance, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct any shipping expenses incurred by us to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.
    Please note that the price of your order and the shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxes. If your parcel incurs these customs clearance, these additional charges shall be borne by you. Customs policies vary from country to country and we suggest you to check with your local customs office for further information.
