A: Unfortunately we do not accept any refunds at this time. Please make sure to check the size guide for clothing!

Q: I got the wrong size. Could I exchange it?
A: You may exchange size with the same item. Exchange to a different item or colour will not be accepted. Please make sure all items are unworn, unused, and unaltered for your exchange to be eligible.

Q: How do I exchange my item?
A: Please contact support@ricefamofficial.com with your order reference number to request an exchange. We accept exchanges that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange.

Q: Can I return/exchange sale items?
A: Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

Q: When will I receive my exchanged item?
A: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
