Why is the shipping rate much higher than usual?
Due to the pandemic, please understand that the global shipping time is longer and the global shipping rate is higher than usual with the delivery service providers. We have looked at all our best options and are not earning any profit with shipping; meaning the rates you see are the best rates offered by couriers as of now for small businesses. We are working hard to adjust the rates accordingly when the global logistics improve.
I entered in the incorrect address; what do I do?

Where is my package?
Please check your tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any inquires on the exact location of your package can be made to the carrier directly.
Am I responsible for international duties and taxes?
Yes. We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted.
What if an item I order goes out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that ship.
Can I make a refund?
We do not accept refunds at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I make an exchange?
We only accept size exchange for the same item within 7 days of receiving the order. And customer must ship the item back to us at their own cost. All the items exchanged must be unworn and unused and the exchange approval will be at the discretion of #ricefam.
How to make an exchange?
